Key Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in high-volume, complex electro-mechanical production
  • 3+ years in a senior production management role
  • Proven expertise with ERP and MES systems
  • Deep understanding of NPI, Lean manufacturing, and change management (ECOs)
  • Ability to interpret complex technical documentation
  • Demonstrated success in employee development, coaching, and mentorship
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
