Job Summary

  • The Manager plays a lead role in the operational implementation of Greystar’s investment strategies, supporting the development and implementation of business plans and practices that achieve investment and operating goals of the portfolio.
  • Key Role Responsibilities include monitoring and overseeing individual investment and overall portfolio performance, critically evaluating existing real estate operations and business plan execution to identify new strategies to drive NOI and maximize returns.
  • Based in our Frankfurt, Germany office, the role will initially be responsible for portfolios/assets in the DACH region with exposure to our flagship Pan-European Fund, offering the opportunity to influence strategies in the growing DACH region.
