Must-have
Valid CDPH Certified Nursing License
3pm to 11pm shift availability
4/2 rotation schedule
Resident assessment and care plan adherence
Accurate medical record documentation
Patient mobility assistance and lifting
Infection control and bloodborne pathogen protocols
Nice-to-have
Positive emphasis and warm atmosphere creation
Effective communication with nursing supervisors
Experience with restorative procedures
Ability to work independently on shifts
Strong observation skills for skin breakdown
Key Requirements
Must possess valid CDPH Certified Nursing Assistant license
Minimum 10th grade education required
Active CPR certification preferred
