  • The Assistant Head Sommelier is responsible for leading and supervising his team in order to deliver quality service to our guests in compliance with Four Seasons standards.
  • Support Head Sommelier in managing the daily life of the department at the administrative level: Wine orders, purchasing forecasts, control of purchasing costs, sales prices.
