Job Summary
As a Senior EHS Expert, you will support the entire Bern site in all central EHS topics, including occupational safety, health protection, and environmental management.
The role combines broad EHS expertise, systemic thinking, and strong leadership/communication skills to identify risks early, ensure compliance, and drive site-wide improvements.
You will be responsible for holistic shopfloor presence and coaching, health protection & occupational health, environmental management, risk analyses & hazard assessments, and incident investigation & continuous improvement.
