Job Summary

• The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for the preparation and review of various reports in support of servicing clients, preparation of simple to moderately complex tax returns, as well as tax projections and tax research.
• This role involves preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, estate, trust, fiduciary, and exempt organization tax returns, as well as assisting with financial reports and various business management tasks.
• The company provides team members the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, with the potential for 3+ days in-office per week.

Base: $82,000 - $125,000; Bonus/Equity: annual bonus; Benefits: comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements

• 4+ years in tax return preparation/review
• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred
• Familiarity with Go Systems, Agilink, and/or CCH preferred
• CPA or CPA eligibility is a plus
