Job Summary
The Associate Director will support the deployment of BD Excellence Fundamental tools by leading training events and facilitating kaizens across various business units, regions, and corporate functions.
Key responsibilities include partnering with BD Excellence leaders to drive adoption of tools, owning and assisting in the development of training materials, and becoming a Certified Practitioner in core Lean tools.
