Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
  • 3-6 years Process or Manufacturing Engineering experience
  • Statistical Process Control and Minitab proficiency
  • FMEA risk assessment and root cause analysis skills
  • CAD software knowledge (Solidworks)
  • Assembly process knowledge (joining, soldering, greasing)

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with medical device manufacturing ISO 13485
  • Knowledge of inline process checking with cameras
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days per week
  • Experience with cycle time and manpower studies

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Proficiency with statistical tools like Minitab
  • Knowledge of FMEA and root cause analysis methods
