You will lead assigned IT projects throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring delivery of agreed scope within time, budget and quality expectations, while proactively identifying and managing risks.

Key Requirements
University degree in a technical field
Minimum 5 years' experience in IT
At least 3 years' experience as a Project Manager
Experience in complex, cross-functional environments
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English
Experience with portfolio or multi-project environments
