Job Summary

  • As a People Advisor in the Frontline People Team, you will support our Warehouse in HERLESHAUSEN and play a crucial role in our success by ensuring employees receive fast and competent support for their HR topics.
  • You will be responsible for inquiries regarding HR policies and processes, closely collaborate with warehouse management on absences and disciplinary matters, and support the creation and implementation of an engagement plan for the location.
  • You will actively work in Workday (our HR system), maintain case trackers, provide training on HR systems, support the entire HR annual cycle, implement a communication plan, and ensure accuracy and compliance in HR-relevant documents.
