  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and direction
  • Demonstrated success managing and supervising staff
  • Demonstrated experience with integrated library systems
  • Demonstrated experience with planning and coordinating projects
  • Experience working collaboratively and independently
  • Valid Driver's License
