Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited program
  • 0-5 years experience in industrial automation or process control
  • Fundamental understanding of instrumentation and control systems
  • Willingness to work on-site and participate in on-call rotation
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in team-based plant environment

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Honeywell Experion or similar DCS platforms
  • Familiarity with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix or Modicon PLCs
  • Exposure to chemical or continuous process manufacturing environments
  • Experience using process historians like Aspen InfoPlus.21 or SEEQ
  • Coursework related to process safety and alarm management

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, Controls, Automation, or related discipline
  • 0-5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial automation
  • Must be able to perform duties with or without accommodation
