Must-have
Mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic systems
Automation PLC ladder logic control systems
Equipment installation and upgrades
Preventive predictive maintenance
Troubleshooting and repair of automated systems
Nice-to-have
Collaboration with production engineering quality teams
Training operators in troubleshooting and equipment care
Participation in continuous improvement and root cause analysis
Following OSHA safety and lockout/tagout procedures
Key Requirements
Associate degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance preferred
3+ years manufacturing maintenance experience
Experience in fasteners or metal forming manufacturing
Ability to read blueprints wiring diagrams technical manuals
