Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care needs, monitoring vital signs, and promptly reporting any changes in resident condition or accidents.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents and manage room admissions
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with nursing team
Strong communication skills for reporting incidents
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state license as a Certified Nursing Assistant
