Job Summary

• Drive the strategic supply network development and cost management of Anduril’s product hardware across their lifecycles.
• Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development through concept scoping, feature trade-offs, and joint design development.
• Lead all cost engineering activities to converge the bottoms-up cost curve to product cost, maximizing the total cost of ownership (TCO) across the product lifecycle.

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing engineering
• Domain expertise in value/procurement engineering
• Ability to travel 10% - 40%
• Ability to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA
• Master's degree or advanced technical degree (preferred)
• Deeper experience in electronics/mechanical design (preferred)
• Advanced sourcing activities (preferred)
• Supplier development experience (preferred)
• Early supplier engagement experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with high-tech products in high-mix, low-volume (preferred)
• Exposure to fast-pace, start-up environment (preferred)
