Job Summary
Develop the Cluster C-IMP roadmap to enhance the Continuous Improvement (C-IMP) mindset and knowledge within the organization, minimizing inefficiency and ensuring maximum impact on bottom lines while leveraging AI.
Provide Mentorship and training to local C-IMP Leaders on the C-IMP methodology, acting as a coach who will coordinate and facilitate problem solving workshops for local entities.
Lead key improvement projects that involve multiple cross-functional stakeholders in commercial/operations, entities or corporate functions within the Cluster and ensure AI-embedded solutions in workflows/processes as applicable.
