Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate all activities of engineer equipment mechanics engaged in repairing, adjusting, and servicing construction equipment/vehicles.
Manage equipment readiness, maintenance shop organizations, take control of maintenance assets and provide advice on all matters relating to engineer equipment maintenance.
Ensure mechanics are properly trained in all maintenance functions and adhere to all safety requirements, procedures, and policies.
