Job Summary
This position plays a key role in maintaining the comfort, safety, and energy efficiency of essential City operations across various municipal buildings.
The incumbent is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential, commercial, and industrial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
Employees must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and participate in rotational on-call assignments as required by operational needs.

Key Requirements
Four years experience in commercial/industrial HVAC repair
Texas Driver License in good standing
EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification
Obtain unrestricted Texas Air Conditioning License within 120 days
