  • This role is designed for a proactive individual to manage and grow a portfolio of brokers through structured outbound activity and relationship-led sales conversations.
  • The position involves activating dormant brokers, supporting the full loan lifecycle from quoting to lodgement, and partnering with Relationship Managers for high-performer transitions.
  • Candidates will work autonomously from home while maintaining compliance integrity and driving sales outcomes measured by broker engagement and utilization.
