Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering
10+ years of mining engineering experience
Open pit and/or underground mine design
Life-of-mine planning and production scheduling
Preliminary Economic Assessments (PEA) and Feasibility Studies
Nice-to-have
20+ years of progressive experience in mine planning
Experience working in consulting or EPCM environments
Proficiency with industry-standard mine planning software
Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing workstreams
Key Requirements
