Role Overview As the Game and Digital User Experience Development Lead, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of interactive gaming or gamified technology solutions aligned with the Company’s product strategy. You will champion both the technical architecture and the overarching user experience, ensuring our solutions are engaging, high-performing, and frictionless. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Development ● Architecture &Design: Lead the architecture, design, and development of game-based or gamified digital solutions. ● System Optimization: Provide technical direction to ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. Ensure that UX/UI technical implementation is highly optimized and does not negatively impact the overall user experience. ● Strategic Innovation: Support innovation initiatives and actively contribute to the company's long-term technical strategy. User Experience (UX) Strategy & Research ● UX Pillars: Define the core UX pillars to ensure a frictionless, highly engaging user journey across all digital touchpoints. ● FTUE Optimization: Oversee gameplay mechanics, feature enhancements, and system optimization to ensure a seamless “First Time User Experience” (FTUE). ● Data-Driven Iteration: Design and oversee user research, product testing, and telemetry data analysis to iteratively eliminate friction points and improve both FTUE and long-term retention. Team Leadership & Collaboration ● Team Management: Manage and mentor the development team to consistently deliver milestones within agreed-upon timelines. ● Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with Product,
