The Senior Director is the most senior marketing leader for Belgium & Luxembourg responsible for shaping and delivering the total marketing strategy for one of the EU OU's most important markets.
This role drives portfolio growth, consumer relevance, commercial impact, and system value across all categories and brands while ensuring strong integration with Commercial, PACS, Strategy, Insights and bottler leadership.
The position offers strategic leadership to own the entire BeLux marketing agenda with high visibility across BeNeLux and Europe OU, including opportunities for career acceleration in a priority Top 4 to Top 9 market.
