Salary
Base: $169,300 - $253,900 USD (Atlanta); Base: $160,800 - $285,700 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
J.D. degree and state bar membership
7+ years employment counseling experience
In-house HR or People & Purpose support
Expertise in US and Americas employment law
Experience with AI and automation legal issues
Nice-to-have
Strong business mindset and commercial awareness

Cross-functional collaboration abilities
Project management and organizational skills

Key Requirements
J.D. degree required
Membership in at least one state bar
7+ years practicing attorney experience
Prior in-house experience supporting HR groups
Deep expertise in domestic and international employment laws
