Job Summary

• The GBC Investigator will be responsible for conducting investigations related to a wide variety of topics such as workplace relations, workplace harassment, discrimination, theft, fraud, conflicts of interest, IT policy violations, and health and safety issues.
• Perform thorough interviews of team members and third parties, consistent with industry best practices, to gather facts relevant to the reported concern.
• Develop recommendations regarding appropriate disciplinary action and recommend appropriate management actions to address any gaps in policy or process that are identified as root causes of the concern that was investigated.

• Minimum 7 years of corporate and/or federal government or law enforcement investigation experience
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant area of study
• Ability to work independently with excellent initiation and follow through
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize case load
• Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Excellent attention to detail
• Quick learner and agile multi-tasker who demonstrates initiative
