Job Summary

  • As a Sr. Building Automation Controls Technician, you will provide key support and perform a variety of tasks throughout our parks.
  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Electrical wiring/devices, motor overhauls and maintenance/troubleshooting of controls and other automated equipment and monitoring devices.

  • Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License
  • Working knowledge of HVAC Systems
  • Electrical experience in Low voltage controls
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late evenings
