The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on M&A experience, particularly in the construction and technical services sectors, and will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through strategic acquisitions
Job Summary
This role is focused on end-to-end deal execution — from target identification to closing and post-merger integration — working closely with regional leadership and business teams.
Lead end-to-end M&A transactions, including financial analysis and valuation, due diligence coordination, negotiation support, and deal structuring and closing.
You will play a key role in driving growth through acquisitions in a highly dynamic region, working on impactful deals with direct visibility to senior leadership.
