The role includes administrative duties, charting, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, equipment and supply management, and care plan assessments.
The position requires maintaining compliance with facility policies, participating in quality assurance, and ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
