Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in HCM implementation
Minimum 1 year of experience using Oracle HCM
Minimum 2 project implementations as BA/SI/Functional consultant
2 years' experience with Oracle HCM
Experience with enterprise HR and payroll system integration
Experience in Oracle HCM Payroll, Leave & Attendance and Claims Modules
Experience implementing HCM Payroll for SG/MY/PH/TH/ID/VN
Familiarity with integration tools and technologies
Knowledge of database management systems
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are desirable
