  • The Director leads scientific and strategic engagement with key institutions, professional societies, and external experts to ensure evidence generation and education plans align with US clinical practice needs and advance patient access to cell therapy.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in pharma/biopharma or clinical practice
  • Advanced scientific or medical degree (DO, MD, NP, PA, PharmD, PhD)
  • US Market and Cell Therapy experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership experience in a matrix environment
