HUB Warranty is seeking a Quality Control Assessor to perform site reviews and ensure compliance with building codes for new home constructions. The role requires significant residential construction experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to build relationships within the industry, all while working remotely with required travel

Job Summary

  • This position will be responsible to perform site reviews of single family and/or multi-family projects enrolled for home warranty while they are being constructed.
  • You will evaluate the quality of construction and will ensure that practices follow relevant provincial building codes and minimum construction quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in residential construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, methods, techniques and building codes
  • Ability to drive and maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Tech savvy with inspection software and Microsoft office products
  • Knowledge of provincial work safe requirements
