Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or barrister
• Strong pensions law experience
• Experience in private practice, in-house or regulatory body
• Understanding of trust-based and contract-based pensions
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks
• Effective communication of complex legal issues
