Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, clinical, or healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
  • One year of experience in analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and support of information systems
  • Three years of experience as an expert user of targeted systems (e.g., PACS, Epic)
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience configuring and supporting clinical information systems in a healthcare setting
  • Experience designing workflows and solutions
  • General experience with quality assurance and end-user acceptance testing
  • Understanding of programming concepts and UI/UX fundamentals
