Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years progressive engineering experience
Trade qualified electrician or Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of FDA regulations and QMS
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
Ability to lead cross-functional teams
Nice-to-have
Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Black Belt certification preferred
PMP certification
Strong problem-solving methodologies
Positive can-do attitude
Key Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of progressive engineering experience
Trade qualified electrician OR Bachelor's Degree in engineering
Master's Degree preferred for advanced roles
Candidates without degree need 10+ years relevant experience
