Works under the direction of the manager to facilitate daily operations, including patient flow, staffing assignments, safe patient care, and to promote a healthy work environment at Children's.
Supports environment for delivery of care, acts as clinical resource for patient population, and maintains competence to provide or assist with clinical care.
Fosters collegial relationships, demonstrates fiscal responsibility, and may serve as unit leader on shift in absence of manager.
