Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Essential duties include ensuring maintenance schedules are followed, reporting all accidents/incidents, coordinating daily maintenance services with nursing services, and performing routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, and driveways.
The role also involves performing routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment, cleaning windows, replacing light bulbs, servicing heating and cooling units, and ensuring the facility and its equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience.
