Job Summary
The primary mission is to ensure the operational implementation of the project's Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) system through data management and evidence-based decision support.
The officer will administer DHIS2 for routine data aggregation and develop Power BI dashboards to track performance indicators across national, regional, and district levels.
Responsibilities include conducting data quality assessments, analyzing trends to identify improvement opportunities, and providing technical training to partners and Ministry of Health teams.
