Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Essential duties include administrative functions, committee participation, personnel management, nursing care delivery, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, equipment and supply management, and care plan development.
The role requires a Registered Nurse with a Nursing Degree, training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices, and at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a long-term care facility.
