Job Summary

  • The Senior Analyst, HR Data Quality & Governance is a critical member of the HR Data Capabilities team, responsible for protecting the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR data across core HR landscape.
  • This role focuses on operational HR data quality ensuring that employee lifecycle data is fit-for-purpose, governed by clear standards, and proactively controlled to prevent downstream impacts to payroll, benefits, compliance, and workforce reporting & insights.
  • The position partners closely with HR Operations, HR Technology, and Data teams to identify data quality risks, define controls, and drive sustainable fixes at the process and data-standard level.
