Job Summary
The Senior Analyst, HR Data Quality & Governance is a critical member of the HR Data Capabilities team, responsible for protecting the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR data across core HR landscape.
This role focuses on operational HR data quality ensuring that employee lifecycle data is fit-for-purpose, governed by clear standards, and proactively controlled to prevent downstream impacts to payroll, benefits, compliance, and workforce reporting & insights.
The position partners closely with HR Operations, HR Technology, and Data teams to identify data quality risks, define controls, and drive sustainable fixes at the process and data-standard level.
