• Advanced degree (PharmD/PhD/MD) with 8+ years relevant experience
• Or Master’s Degree with 10+ years medical communications experience
• Minimum 2 years people/project management experience
• Expertise in Infectious Diseases/Vaccines Medical Affairs
• Experience managing global projects and budgets
• Strong leadership and cross-functional management skills
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
