Job Summary

  • Manage and support the development of local student recruitment efforts for the institute by promoting the SIM brand name and planning local student recruitment strategies.
  • Attend to customers’ enquiries via walk-ins, phone, email, live chat, etc and look into the customer’s needs and requirements so as to recommend suitable education pathway.
  • Follow up on all leads assigned on a timely basis and prepare and maintain lead follow-up reports.
