Job Summary
Manage and support the development of local student recruitment efforts for the institute by promoting the SIM brand name and planning local student recruitment strategies.
Attend to customers’ enquiries via walk-ins, phone, email, live chat, etc and look into the customer’s needs and requirements so as to recommend suitable education pathway.
Follow up on all leads assigned on a timely basis and prepare and maintain lead follow-up reports.
