  • Lead tactical Gate 2 launch efforts, inventory control/reduction, and operational cadence for employees, resolving issues as a first-level escalation point.
  • Collaborate and coach others to adhere to Standard Work utilizing FLIGHT DECK fundamentals and lead small teams in problem-solving events.
