Job Summary

  • Your role as Competence & Learning Business Representative for the Engineering CoC Function will be to drive the talent and competence management strategy to ensure alignment between human resources and development projects’ requirements.
  • You will define and deploy advanced competence management processes and models, including forecasting aspects, working closely with department managers, HR Business Partners, and the Engineering Academy in Europe.
  • The objective is to secure an agile and competitive workforce ready to meet present and future challenges while promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence.

Key Requirements

  • European Union citizenship or equivalent
  • Maximum age 28 at mission start
  • University degree in HR, Organizational Engineering or related
  • Experience in GPEC or HR Business Intelligence
  • Fluent French and English communication
  • Fulfilled military obligations if applicable
  • Registered on Mon Volontariat International
