Develop, lead and execute business development strategy, for both existing and new to bank commercial customers.
Work with the Complex Lending Solutions and Deal Structuring & Execution teams in the preparation of business lending proposals, including obtaining and analysing business and industry information, and ongoing portfolio management.
Contribute to the growth of the team by coaching and developing junior colleagues through everyday interactions.
