  • Develop, lead and execute business development strategy, for both existing and new to bank commercial customers.
  • Work with the Complex Lending Solutions and Deal Structuring & Execution teams in the preparation of business lending proposals, including obtaining and analysing business and industry information, and ongoing portfolio management.
  • Contribute to the growth of the team by coaching and developing junior colleagues through everyday interactions.
