Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar Observability tool
  • Deep understanding of metrics logs traces events SLI/SLO design
  • Experience with AWS Azure or GCP cloud platforms
  • Proven ability to use analytics to interpret complex system behavior
  • Experience with microservices containers Kubernetes CI/CD DevOps

Nice-to-have

  • Curious mindset enjoying digging until systems make sense
  • Experience applying data science or statistical techniques to operational data
  • SRE background or strong production engineering experience
  • Exposure to OpenTelemetry and standards-based instrumentation
  • Habit of writing teaching or presenting technical ideas clearly
