Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary contact between the company and the Insurance Authority (IA), handling all regulatory matters including annual filings, ad-hoc inspections, notices and submission of returns.
  • Formulate the annual product roadmap, defining key product lines (general insurance, long-term insurance, investment-linked insurance, cross-border solutions) and target customer segments.
  • Develop and implement insurance business growth strategies to drive achievement of sales targets.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 5 years of experience in insurance industry
  • 2 years of managerial experience
  • Insurance Authority-approved Responsible Officer (RO) license
  • Passed IIQE Papers I, III and V
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Hong Kong permanent resident or valid working visa
