Job Summary
The role of Customer Quality Representative (CQR) is to establish and implement pre-delivery validation stages with Operations and Operational Quality to ensure products meet final Airbus customer requirements.
Responsibilities include receiving units from operations, validating customer complaint anomalies, confirming final pre-delivery FOD inspection results, and ensuring all open points on the unit are closed.
The position requires supporting weekly customer quality reviews and daily calls, and providing coaching to production on corrective and preventive actions.

Key Requirements
10+ years experience in Quality and/or aeronautical assembly
