Job Summary
The role serves as the overall technical authority for OT/ICS cybersecurity across Power Generation, Transmission, and Green Hydrogen Production elements of the NEOM project.
Candidates must lead a functional team to ensure compliance with KSA regulations including NCA ECC, OTCC, and Facility Owner policies while managing proof-of-compliance submissions.
This position requires a rotation schedule of 8 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF based in Duba, Tabuk Region, Saudi Arabia.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15+ years ICS/OT cybersecurity leadership
NCA ECC and OTCC regulatory compliance
HCIS Stage-4 delivery experience
DMZ engineering and network segmentation
Vendor and sub-contractor oversight
Nice-to-have
ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert certification
CISSP or GIAC ICS certifications
Experience with NEOM Green Hydrogen project
Strong cross-functional team leadership
Technical fluency in SIEM and endpoint controls
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics/Instrumentation/Automation)
15+ years leadership in ICS/OT cybersecurity on CNI-class facilities
Proven delivery through HCIS Stage-4 milestones
Deep understanding of ICS architectures (BPCS/SIS/SCADA) and DMZ
Working experience in KSA regulations (NCA ECC-1:2018, OTCC-1:2022)
