Base: $117,000.00 - $184,200.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus and long-term incentive if applicable; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years experience or Master's Degree plus 3 years experience or PhD/PharmD
• Degree in life sciences preferred
• Ophthalmology experience required
• US and Puerto Rico residents only
