Salary
Base: $76,000 - $101,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Highly competitive equity grants included; Benefits: Top-tier benefits package available at little to no cost
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years in fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience with Oracle or NetSuite ERP systems
Ability to read technical documentation
Ownership of complex value chain coordination
Collaboration with Engineering and Purchasing teams
Nice-to-have
Strong SQL database querying skills
Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI reporting tools
Knowledge of Blue Yonder planning systems
Experience with Lean Six Sigma principles
Proactive approach to speed and accuracy
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in technical or business field
3+ years experience in supply chain or production roles
Relocation to Ashville, OH required if not local
Ability to obtain and maintain US TS clearance (preferred)
