Job Summary

  • This role offers a unique opportunity to join the leadership team for the startup of a greenfield manufacturing site in Lebanon, IN expected between 2027 and 2029.
  • The Supervisor is directly responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while supervising operators on designated shifts.
  • Candidates will build a new organization and culture, developing systems and processes required to support successful GMP operations during the project delivery phase.
